Problems with Video

  1. If the video window does not display correctly, please refresh your web browser data using the method depending on your browser:

    Chrome - Windows: Hold Ctrl and press F5. Macbook: Hold ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and press R.
    Safari - Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Refresh button on the toolbar.
    Firefox - Windows: Hold Ctrl and press F5. Macbook: Hold ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and press R.
    Opera - Windows: Hold Ctrl and press F5. Macbook: Hold ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and press R.
    Internet Explorer - Hold Ctrl and press F5 (or click the Refresh button on the toolbar).

    3. If problems with the video continue, please use a different web browser.

Problems with Sound

  1. Please check if the speakers are turned on - click the speaker icon, which should be located in the bottom right corner of the screen, next to the clock

  2. Please drag the cursor over the video, the bottom bar with transmission options will be displayed. There is a volume icon in the right part of the bar - please check if it is active (vertical bars)

  3. Please check if the browser has a crossed out speaker icon in the tab that is now active at the top of the screen - if available, please click it
